Where the hotel is located was great, but it needs a lots of improvements. Examples, the carpet is too old and dirty, the toilet, specifically, the face wash sink is clogged. The breakfast doesn't offer variety of choices and it is the same everyday.

The buffet breakfast was poor, same choices every day, which would be ok but the hot items were cold each day, cold sausages, cold eggs, cold potatoes and the toaster was a hazard the tray to catch the items doesn’t work, just waiting for someone to get burned. Some of the front desk staff were friendly and greeted you, and others were just miserable, wouldn’t acknowledge or look up from their phone. They had too many nonguests hanging out in the lobby at nights, think it was their friends as they were talking across the lounge to the desk staff, didn’t feel safe having so many men loitering around in the lobby, not a good representation when you enter especially for female guests.
