Not very cleaned, Washroom was dirty, there were no extra toilet papper and very few tissues in room..plus smells bad.

Room was dirty, multiple stains on comforter and carpet throughout the room, several hairs in bathroom sink, on the toilet and in bed. The ice bucket was filled with someone else’s trash that had not been emptied. The carpet (which was designed to go up the wall a couple inches) was completely peeled off and hanging loose. The TV in the room did not work and was just static. On top of all of this I am recovering from surgery and reliant on crutches and the sensors on the elevator door for the only elevator seemed to be broken and I got squat by the door twice. Do not waste your money on this hotel.

Unique on my experience?, I was cheated regarding “early check-in”, even when I asked about it and they said on my arrival and then they charged me a whole day and even late checkout with no reasons at all

Terrible experience staying at this hotel. No one greeted us to help us check-in when we arrive even though there were two staff behind the desk. The evening we checked in one hotel staff knocked the door aggressively and entered our room by opening the door from outside rather than waiting for us to open the door. It was shocking how can a hotel staff breach our privacy by opening the a locked door from outside.There was power outage for two days Friday and Saturday, so there was no hot water and heat for 2 days in cold winter days. Monday morning there was no water at all. I called reception but no on picks up the call and every time I have to go down to get an answer or inquire what's going on. Hotel room key needed to be activated every tine we came back to hotel. The Fire exit stairs door close to our room was closed which is very unsafe because we had to take stairs for two days when power was shut and escalator not working. I reported the incident to Expedia to file a claim. Hotel did not responded to Expedia email for over 2 weeks. I contacted Expedia for an update from hotel and hotel replied after 3 weeks to them that they offered me full refund and check out option. Straight lie because Hotel never communicated to me about any offer or compensation for the inconvenience we had for 3 days stay at this hotel. I paid for 3 full day with missing basic amenities for most part of my stay. Now Hotel is refusing to compensate anything for all the inconvenience we dealt.
