Last Sunday, we celebrated our 11th anniversary at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was spotless. We especially enjoyed the cozy ambiance created by the dim lighting. To our surprise, the staff even treated us to sweet treats, which was a delightful gesture. My husband and I were thoroughly pleased with our stay. Overall, it was a perfect 10/10 experience, and I highly recommend it if you're visiting downtown Toronto.

Had a good stay at Pantages, the hotel is in a good location. Comfortable beds, hot shower (it did leak onto the bathroom floor though) and felt safe. The rooms are huge. Breakfast is ok, it's a restaurant style rather than a buffet.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Felt safe in the hotel, you have to walk by the front desk to access elevators and after 11pm the front doors lock, so the only people who have access to the building are the customers staying there. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Room’s decor, amenities and view of city were perfect for the downtown urban setting. Lots of nearby landmarks like Massey Hall, historic diners and bars added to the charm. Hotel fits very nicely into the neighborhood.

This is the best hotel to stay in if you are going to see a show at Massey Hall. Around the corner from Yonge and Dundas square, and the Eaton's centre, so there are lots of entertainment, shopping and dining options. The subway station at Dundas is only a minute or two walk. Lovely rooms, beautiful clean and bright, tastefully decorated. The staff are lovely, very helpful and kind.

Loved our room! We had a standard room with a city view and I was surprised to see how large the standard room option was! I’ve stayed in Toronto other times and I feel like the standard room sizes in downtown hotels are smaller. The room was beautifully decorated with great amenities. I booked for a concert and was able to take great picture in the room with the city view windows and multiple backdrop options. Location was convenient as well. Our breakfast in the hotel restaurant was included, which was delicious. Staff was friendly, especially Ron at the front desk. Absolutely zero complaints.

This hotel is ideally located to do all things downtown Toronto. Beautiful rooms with comfortable bed. Only downside is the hotel has no parking but there are parking options nearby, however they are pricey $.

The hotel is very smart with safe access. We enjoyed a drink at the hotel bar. The hotel is well positioned to walk to nearby sites and we found the hop on/off bus was an easy short walk which we then used to explore the city. The room was very clean and spacious with a comfy luxurious large bed.
