Very clean and quiet space. House keeping comes regularly, staff very helpful and polite. Cafe Nicole restaurant is very good with all you can eat breakfast. A lot of walkable destinations in regards to downtown or Uber for cheap. Pool, hot tub and gym kept clean.

I stay at Novotel for 2 nights, everything was good, but they don’t have housekeeping,I need used 2 time each towel! And no coffee/tea / cup refill, only first day I can drink coffee!

5 stars! Lovely modern interior inside. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Great showers. Location of this hotel is the winning factor for me. Less than 10mins walk to Union station and less than 5 mins to the Lawrence market and Gooderham building. 15mins walk to the distillery district. Really excellent hotel for tourists to get around on foot. Would stay again!

Novotel exceeded our expectations. The room was not cramped, it was clean and everything was in the right place. Bonus points for lighting and usb/electric outlets. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. And the breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of fresh options.

Perfectly located in the St Lawrence Market district, we were able to walk to the Leafs and Jays games. Also easy walking distance to the Distillery district, Sugar Beach, Hockey Hall of Fame, and Union Station. Excellent service and reasonable pricing in the hotel restaurant, Cafe Nicole. Best breakfast ever! Excellent coffee.

Stayed for 11 nights (2 adults, 2 kids) Great size room which was very clean on arrival, had fridge, kettle, safe. Nice 5 min walk from main train station. Staff very helpful and went out their way to get kids hot chocolate! Would book again if we return to Toronto.

Conviently located and modern hotel. Rooms are spacious but lack clothes storage options. Staff are not the friendliest. As an Expedia VIP member, I qualified for a room upgrade. I was told they had none despite seeing many available online. Unfortunately, there was a US frat party celebrating the weekend I stayed there and their partying overtook at least 2 floors of the hotel and the streets. It felt like I was staying in a club.
