For the colder months, a PATH entrance is a mere 2 minute walk away. At this property, we offer various spaces, each meticulously crafted to provide you with a stunning accommodation experience. Although our style remains uniform throughout, the scenery, arrangement, and design of each space may differ. Photos are of our typical three bedroom suite at this location. We manage several and all of our three bedrooms suites are/have the following: The Suites: • fully furnished condo with full-sized kitchen • 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms (queen size bed in at least two rooms) • in-suite full sized clothes washer and dryer • VIP Cable and Internet • All utilities and no caps • 7 day a week ground service support (we can connect you direct) • Mon to Fri helpdesk support 24 hours and 9am to 2am on Sat and Sun • Modern finishes The Amenities: • state of the art fitness centre • sun deck • indoor movie theatre • party room • games room • BBQ deck • 24 hour security with key fob access to building University Plaza is a perfect location for anyone who wants to experience the best of what Toronto has to offer.
