A unique 3 storey home in popular Baldwin Village offers the perfect stay: large living area; prep in the fully equipped kitchen, then savour the meal at the grand dining table that seats 6 guests; upstairs find 3 cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds (one king, two queens); 2.5 bathrooms. One bathroom was featured in designer magazines. Includes great hardwood floors and loads of natural light. Enjoy the high end finishes in this spectacular house. High speed wifi included. Close to everything!  
  
A unique and spacious home has been fully redesigned with 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. It's comfortable and inviting for business travellers, couples and families alike on a beautiful tree-lined streets, steps from UofT, shops, restaurants and more!  
  
The bathroom on the second floor was featured in professional designer magazines and features a magnificent shower.  
  
All 3 bedrooms have comfortable beds - one king bed and two queen beds. Fresh linens are provided when you arrive and there is a washer and dryer in the house for your convenience. Netflix and high speed wifi is at your fingertips!  
  
All rooms are equipped with the comforts of home and there are decorative pieces throughout.

Guests have full access to the property. There are no shared accommodations here.  
  
I'm always around to answer guest questions. Want to know about great restaurants and shops in the area? Just ask!  
  
My property managers are regularly in the area as well.  
  
Hosting gatherings or events is not permitted. I kindly request that you treat my home with the same consideration and care as you would your own, ensuring the unit is returned in its original condition, excluding laundry and general housekeeping.  
  
After booking all guests will need to be registered including names and contact information.  
  
Please be mindful of my neighbours by refraining from excessive noise after hours. Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is strictly prohibited within the suite. Checkout time is at 11 am. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.  
  
From November-May the outdoor kitchen/bbq and seating is not available. The outdoor area is still accessible but the cushions are put away and the area is not cleaned or maintained.  
  
The master bedroom on the top floor does not have blinds/curtains.

\- Smoking is not allowed (tobacco, cannabis, or vaping)  
\- Only registered guests allowed in the house (no events please)  
\- As a courtesy to neighbours please keep noise to a minimum after 11 pm  
\- Please adhere to check in and check out times
