In need of some minor repairs, but overall pretty good. A party was going on the last night of our stay directly above us that kept us up until 1:00 am! Communication was not good except when they wanted more money for cleaning! The location was perfect in proximity to the concert venue. I was small and simple but perfect for needs. We really appreciated the hospitality and communication with the owner. The parking deck was a little complicated but it worked out well and was easy once parked. The elevator opened pretty much at the front door of the condo. It was very clean and well appointed. The view is beautiful and very nice area to walk around. The Toronto Music Gardens are so pretty and just a five minute walk. Tim Hortons for breakfast was directly across the street (as well as ice cream for dessert at night). The communication with the owners was immediate. Every spring could be felt. It cannot be counted as a place to sleep. Otherwise the condo was a bit run down - for example obviously tried to cover over where someone punched a hole in a door. We waited for the elevator for 20 minutes on Saturday morning. Plan for extra time if you’re trying to get somewhere.
