Experience luxury living in this spacious condo located in the heart of downtown; steps away from the CN Tower, Union Station, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, and Harbourfront. Unit comes with one king bed, one queen bed, and one pull out sofa (queen bed sized). Master bedroom has it's own private walk in closet and washroom. Condo is a corner unit facing south-west on a high floor, fantastic sunset views from all rooms. Recently renovated with modern technology. Easily accessible host.  
  
Whole unit has been recently renovated with new flooring, new paint, new bathroom amenities, new kitchen cabinets, and new furniture. Features by room listed below.  
  
Living Room:  
\- 50'' Samsung Smart TV  
\- Couch comfortably seats 4 with storage and pull out feature making it a queen sized bed  
\- Ottoman comfortably seats 2 with storage as well  
\- Dining table comfortably fits 6  
\- Large entrance closet with enough storage to keep jackets and other outdoor items

\- Fridge, oven, dishwasher  
\- Pots and pans included  
\- Basic seasoning available  
\- Coffee machine, toaster, filtered water jug  
\- Coffee and tea provided with milk, sugar, and sweetener

\- Corner view facing south west with floor to ceiling windows. Great to watch sunrise over the lake and set past the CN Tower
