It was a great location and so clean and the property Manager Richard Min was very attentive to make sure everything was good. There were some bugs in the bed and bathroom, but thankfully not an infestation or anything. The elevators in this building are awful, so always account for several extra minutes wait time coming and going. The fob is also not worth the risk of losing, so we never used it and left it in the unit the entire time (used the building access code instead.) There was no coffee in the kitchen, but thankfully some was delivered to us fairly quickly; in fact, the hosts are VERY responsive and easy to reach via the VRBO app! (Coffee maker is a Keurig ftr, for those who like to know ahead of time and care.) The bed was quite comfortable as well. Check-in and checkout times were fairly late, but manageable. Otherwise, the rest of our stay was pretty uneventful, which was appreciated! When we had problem with the heat they responded quickly with instructions and were able to mitigate. We were very impressed with supplies that were available for use. I have stayed many places that didn't have anything. There were plentyof towels, coffee supplies, cleaning supplies, all the kitchen utensils we needed, spices and dishes. There was laundry detergent, and shampoo and soap. We were a 10 min walk from Roger Centre and everything we needed was in walking distance.
