When I entered my room, I found that my bed had actually been slept in! Seriously??? There was hair on the sink!! I called the number and they were pretty responsive. Turns out the cleaning staff had missed my room, and there was nobody to service the room at 10:30pm. So I changed the sheets (there were extras) and had to use the pillow cases from the previous stay (there were no extras). That is NOT what I want when I arrive late after a long day at the office. Other than cleanliness, the location is good at the price point. The people were responsive and credited back half of my room cost (although I would have preferred a clean room or no cost, which I don't think is an unreasonable ask in this case.) In the hotel business, you simply can not provide a room that has not been cleaned and is not ready for the renter.
