There was a bad smell in the room that we did not like very much, there was no windows that can be open up to get fresh air. Other than that everything was good.

Property was decent and clean but no heat! We were transferred to another room on the 2nd floor . The 2nd floor itself was warmer, but the room had no heat as well! Morning had 64 F in the room which is not acceptable.

The room and bed was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed using the pool. I didn't like that they don't have an onsite restaurant for dinner. We had to order delivery from a bearby pizza place. TV was flickering and then lost signal completely, was offered maintenance to come check it out in the morning(we only spent one night, so was disappointed). Internet would not connect to my son's device. Continental breakfast was served on paper plates/bowls and breakfast bar was quite messy with no one cleaning the area. The alarm system went off the whole time we ate breakfast which was not very nice to sit through. This property obviously has some kinks to work out. We will likely stay elsewhere in the future. The value for your money just isn't there.

Déception de Noël !
Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, il y avait une substance brune sur le store et une gomme par terre. J’ai ouvert le divan lit pour ma fille et il y avait plein de graines de chips. En plus, la nuit du 31 déc était la plus chère (et de loin) et ils nous ont annoncé qu’il nous aurait pas de service le 1er. Si nous l’avions su avant, on aurait fait faire la chambre la veille. Étant 5 personnes, ils nous manquaient plein de choses dans la chambre et nous avons dû tout aller chercher à la réception. Pourquoi une chambre le double du prix s’il n’y a pas de service ? En quittant, la dame à l’entrée était bête, sans sourire, pas de bonne journée.

Great location and very courteous staff.
I came here with my kiddo to compete in a wrestling tournament at the nearby CAA centre. We were VERY pleased with the easily accessible location, spacious free parking, courteous staff and spotless bathroom. The hotel is overall terrific, and the only reason why I'm not giving it a 5-star is the mediocre breakfast and tiny gym. We will return next year!

Stayed with my wife and two toddlers for one night. We enjoyed the stay. Very clean and welcoming. The room was nice. We requested two cribs and they were already in the room on arrival. King bed was comfortable. I didn't expect too much from the breakfast, but they had eggs, sausage, muffins. waffles, baked beans, yogurt, etc. It was a nice variety of things and very convenient, especially with kids. I'll add that they only had one high chair for the breakfast, not too inconvenient for us but someone with smaller kids might find it a little more inconvenient.
