The property is very nice and quiet except the reception the Asian looking girl do not even smile and not accommodating she looks mad and most of the staff not looks happy no smile at all

Noisy heater/AC in the room. Made a weird noise in the middle of the night. My colleague had the same issue but worse in his room. Otherwise the property is quite good. Recommend (as I often do in my hotel stays) turning off the heat completely at night (it doesn't get cold anyway)
