We have always had amazing service when we have stayed at Hilton properties. The properties are clean, staff is excellent, airport shuttle was on time and location was conveniently close to Toronto airport.

Bed mattres was very old and lost its useable life. Coofee machine was not working. On complaint next morning the worker visited my room 7 times to fix and when it was not fixed after his 7 visits then it was changed. It ruined my morning sleeping hours.

The gate was not working while we were there, parking got very backed up. Seems like if you have a larger vehichle or truck the sensor isnt high enough and gate would not open. Bar was nice. Room was clean.

The facility is under construction and it looks like the local neighborhood boots are doing it as there is stuff left everywhere!! There were beer bottles outside our room which either meant someone was partying in it room before we got there or they don’t clean anything. None of the ice machines were working, only one elevator seemed to be in service. The staff was rude over the phone and in person I could not hear or understand a word they said to us! Worst site ever 0/10 ! Would never stay there again

The heating/cooling system is terrible. The heat did not work and the fan is so loud it kept us awake all night. This definitely reds to be fixed.

My issue is that my new husband and I were on our honeymoon and most of the night there were about 15 kids ages 6-10 years old running up and down the hallways playing and screaming. I mentioned it to the front desk and nothing changed. I ended up in bed with a migraine. Not a great start to my honeymoon. Btw I love kids but this was crazy!

Had a quick overnight connecting to ourvacay the next day. Room is large and comfortable. Airport shuttle was appreciated. Some of our luggage didnt arrive with us and we received toothbrushes and toothpaste from the front desk. And purchased some deoderant. Very helpful.

The location to the airport as well as the comfort level of the rooms. It's a very quiet hotel with nearby restaurants, a quick airport shuttle from both Terminals.

The room was nice and the food at the restaurant was good but it was really hard to find information about the restaurant unless you were in person. There was no guide in the room or room service menu so I felt like I had little to no information about the area. The hotel is really close to the airport but I would have rather stayed somewhere closer to other food options.
