The breakfast was very well prepared and tasty. Service was wonderful very friendly and accomadating when i had requests or questions. The room was a little disappointing; expected a lot more from it - given we paid extra to have a jet tub in room the tub barely being big enough for a regular sized adult; was pretty much same size as regular bathtub feels a little too dull to have a romantic evening. The area is a very inconvenient spot to be in Toronto if touring,on a budget, in the area.

We stayed here twice, just a quick layover both ways on our holiday. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and the shuttle runs very regularly and got us to and from the airport quickly and without hassle. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Dining options are limited but we were able to have pizza delivered directly to our room one night which was a life saver. Would book this hotel again.

Pool was closed was looking forward to time relaxing at pool picked this hotel to enjoy a swim but pool closed and alittle disappointed as could have paid less at hotel with out a pool ? This was one of reasons we booked here ?😞

Overnight stay after flying back from sunny vacation. Airport shuttle was easy, quick and driver very courteous and helpful with luggage. Check in was easy. Convenient to Dixon Kitchen restaurant & bar in neighbouring hotel, very short walk away. Room was clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. Free breakfast had a great variety and well stocked. Check out easy and lady at front desk was so cheerful with a great smile and easy laugh, that was an uplifting start to our day. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and spacious suite. Bathroom had lots of towels. Staff were very helpful, even when we left hotel and forgot something in the room. Good variety for breakfast items and clean bright buffet area and table seating area. Well stocked “store” with variety of food items to purchase. Airport shuttle was on time and driver was helpful.

Reasonably priced place to stay for a stopover at Pearson. Breakfast doesn’t start until 6 AM which means we weren’t able to eat before we left. Keep that in mind if catching an early flight. Shuttle runs every 20-30 min and is pretty quick.
