It was closed for renovations. We were NOT told by the hotel or by hotels.com We had to struggle to find another hotel No compensation.

front desk good service , breakfast staff bad service , asking for voucher even see us that we are in pajama , take a match and ask yourself who is going on -5 in pajama ti get breakfast except people who are already in hotel Breakfast is not breakfast get couple peaces of bread ( eggs and bacon or sausage you have to pay $11.99 per plate) and got a small fruit plate that is call breakfast for us , server telling my wife even on voucher is written 2 adults 2 kids telling o they are not kids if they are 12 and 10 years old , bad stuff on breakfast area , we put in garbage fruit plates cos they are old and some spoils second day we even did no afford to talk to them we just skip it so DO NOT COUNT BREAKFAST EXCEPT IF YOU PAY PER PLATE $11.99. Pool was closed and gym also closed , Except if we get voucher for 1 day we will stay in property other wise No .

Edwards sent us to the Radisson Airport West as they were doing Renovations. Why take reservations if you are going to be closed. Hmmm We got a great room at the Radisson, though.

The hotel is going major renovation. Dust all around. Building and material staff on corners. Elvator dusty. There is a solid sharp metal pieces attaced to beds side. My wife and me got hit by it. Very painfull. Bad experience.

The hotel is currently under construction, so if you take that into consideration, the hotel was alright for the quick/cheap overnight stay before our flight out of Pearson. Breakfast could have been better (small selection, no fridge to keep anything cold)

The only thing we liked was the price, we were not expecting the place to be under renovation and we thought we were going to be able to enjoy a pool only to find out the it was an outdoor pool. We should have been forwarned about the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was quite average, there was no fruit of any kind ? The toilet plugged both days we were there. Planes fly over the building constantly, very noisy and there was a knocking noise on the second night outside our hotel room at 3:00 am that woke us him and it went on for a longtime. Overall a very poor experience and if we knew the conditions of this hotel we would not have stayed there. I guess it's true what they say you get what you pay for, even at the reasonable price it was too high for what we got or didn't get.

Although the room was clean, the hotel was undergoing major renovations and halls were littered with electrical lights etc. If we had of known this when we booked, we would have chosen another hotel as we had children with us. Breakfast was good. Did not appreciate ongoing work in the halls at 8 a.m.

I got the room for a cheap rate, which was pretty good when you look at the price of similar hotels in the area for such a short notice. I was happy in that aspect only. The hotel was under renovation and everything seemed to be dilapidated condition. They will be under renovation till end of Feb 2020 as per the notice I saw in the elevator. Breakfast was standard, there is a waffle maker in the kitchen, which was pretty nice. No eggs, sausage etc, which made me give them a lower rating. Staff was very helpful as I needed additional time for check out. Overall, good hotel.

The whole place was under construction...they should probably list that on Expedia/Trivago/etc. I had mentioned multiple times that I wanted the complimentary late checkout til noon, yet housekeeping still entered my room at 11am with no knocking, no notice, when my door had the DND sign on it.

I was disappointed to discover that the facilities were under renovations. My children are a little older and I understand when something is dangerous, however, if they had been younger, there were a number of safety concerns. Aside from the renovation aspect, the staff were very nice and accommodating, the room was clean and we enjoyed hanging out in the pool at their partnered hotel and once the renos are complete, I would gladly visit again!

I liked this hotel. Especially knowing Hilton is the parent company. However, they held $250 deposit and the room had to be paid before I got the key. Found that a bit odd. They were in a renovation stage so the entire hallway and lobby was in pieces. If anyone wants to rent perhaps wait for the renos to be finished by the end of Feb. Overall the room was decent (needs to be freshened up with a newer bathroom look). The bed was good. Smart tv was good. Pillows need to be replaced they had a long life. Soggy. I had the jacuzzi King room for the price i was impressed. Overall rating out of 5 for the room 4/5 . I recommend this hotel. Indeed.

Good hotel, Bad management.
I stayed in the hotel for 8 days. The room was nice and the location is good, if you drive. They serve breakfast in the morning which is very basic - bread, cheese, juice and coffee. I had no issues for first 5 days and I was out of hotel for the most part for all day long, visiting my friends and family. For the last 3 days, I had a very horrible experience. Here is how: There is construction going on on 3rd floor and my room was on 2nd. For a change, I decided to get up late and stay in hotel, and that was a huge mistake. On 6th day, the sound of drilling machine right above my head woke me up and when it didn't go away for an hour, I called the front desk and was told that there is nothing they can do about it and they have no rooms on first floor. Somehow, I let it go. Same thing happened on 7th and 8th day but this time the front desk girl assured that this is bad experience for me and the manager will for sure refund me for the last 3 days. When I checked out and asked the same girl about the refund she promised, I was told that her manager thinks that "IF HE GIVES DISCOUNT TO ONE CUSTOMER, EVERYONE WILL ASK FOR IT". I did NOT ask for a discount, but refund for 3 horrible days. I couldn't rest for 3 days in the hotel room and woke up with a Headache. That was was insensitive on their part. Without any argument but a promise that I will write all details in the review, I thanked her and left the hotel. PS: The manager's name as told by the front desk girl is Prashanth.

Staff was friendly and this property have great potential However during my visit, the property is fully falling apart and is under renovation and looks very bad inside. It was overpriced for the condition it was in.There were electrical wires hanging out of the wall where the fire alarm should be in my room. Room was not cleaned properly. Breakfast was not buffet but continental. This was not advertised as continental ( false advertising). This place is not ready for guests there was construction materials in the lobby and all over the property.

The room was outdated and could use an update. The halls and entrance were being renovated and all the baseboard had been pulled off but none of the drywall dust was picked up. It got on my wife's black outfit and made a heck of a mess of her clothes as we were going to her company's Christmas function. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.
