I stayed in the hotel for 8 days. The room was nice and the location is good, if you drive. They serve breakfast in the morning which is very basic - bread, cheese, juice and coffee. I had no issues for first 5 days and I was out of hotel for the most part for all day long, visiting my friends and family. For the last 3 days, I had a very horrible experience. Here is how: There is construction going on on 3rd floor and my room was on 2nd. For a change, I decided to get up late and stay in hotel, and that was a huge mistake. On 6th day, the sound of drilling machine right above my head woke me up and when it didn't go away for an hour, I called the front desk and was told that there is nothing they can do about it and they have no rooms on first floor. Somehow, I let it go. Same thing happened on 7th and 8th day but this time the front desk girl assured that this is bad experience for me and the manager will for sure refund me for the last 3 days. When I checked out and asked the same girl about the refund she promised, I was told that her manager thinks that "IF HE GIVES DISCOUNT TO ONE CUSTOMER, EVERYONE WILL ASK FOR IT". I did NOT ask for a discount, but refund for 3 horrible days. I couldn't rest for 3 days in the hotel room and woke up with a Headache. That was was insensitive on their part. Without any argument but a promise that I will write all details in the review, I thanked her and left the hotel. PS: The manager's name as told by the front desk girl is Prashanth.
