Recently Painted, Granite Counter, Wood Floors, 9' Ceilings, Upgraded Kitchen W/O To Balcony. Building Amenities Include: Indoor Pool, Gym, Sauna, Steam Room, Hot Tub. Direct Access To Loblaws In The Building. Surrounded By Restaurants, Movies, Shopping. The space This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Guest access Guests have an access to Indoor Swimming Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub, Steam Room and Gym in the building. Other things to note According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests\` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building.
