Unique location. Direct Indoor Access To 2 Subway Lines From The Building. Prime Shopping Area And Entertainment Facilities, Bars, Restaurants. Big Supermarket in the Building. 15 20 Subway Ride to Downtown attractions. Guests have an access to Seasonal outdoor swimming pool, Sauna, Indoor Hot Tub, Steam Room and Gym in the building. Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness center. According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests\` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can\`t guarantee a refund. Pets of a small and middle size are allowed in the apartment. You should carry out your pet in common areas. If you plan a stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet.
