Gorgeous 1BR Apartment w Balcony Gorgeous 1 Bedroom apartment with a Balcony located in Yorkville district which is one of Canada's most exclusive shopping districts, anchored by the Mink Mile along Bloor Street. Canada's largest museum and the fifth largest in North America, the Royal Ontario Museum is located just to the west of Yorkville. We glad to welcome our guest in such amazing place. Guests have access to a GYM in the building According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests\` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can\`t guarantee a refund. Pets allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet. We have Travel Crib (for baby 0 18 month) and Bed Rails. $5 per one item per night.
