Downtown Toronto High Floor View Inspired by the art and architecture of the Venetian island of Burano in Italy, this condominium seeks to replicate the feel of the island s unique and colorful homes. The impressive 48 storey sculptured glass tower rises out of the historical Addison on Bay and soars above a 3 storey podium. According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests\` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can\`t guarantee a refund. Underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon request for an additional fee of $25 per night. It's recommended to request it in advance as spaces may be limited. In case of no availability there is paid underground parking 100 meters from the building. 27 Grosvenor St. The price is $30 per 24 hours weekdays and $16 weekends Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet. We have Travel Crib (for baby 0 18 month) and Bed Rails. $5 per one item per night.
