This unique place has a style all its own. Easy access to Everywhere and everything from this perfectly located home base Modern 1 Bedroom apartment. Would suit a couple.  
Steps to Bus Stop at Yonge St in North York. 18 min walk to subway at North York.  
Newly renovated, Elegantly designed, Fully Equipped, Modern kitchen, Full bath, entire apartment in lower level of house in Prestigious Neighbourhood.  
Laundry, TV w/Netflix. Access to shopping Mall, Tens of restaurants and Fast foods within steps.  
Our location is 15 min walk to beautiful downtown of north York in the north of Toronto presenting Mel Lastman Square for whole summer long City Events and indoor / outdoor pool and North York Public Library.  
10 min walk to Community Center.   
Walking distance as well includes Groceries, Hyper Stores, Tennis Court, Art Center, Coffee Shops, Banks, Bars, Fine Dining, Fast Foods, Medical Clinic and Mitchell Field Center (outdoor pool, ice skating, ...).  
  
Walk 2 min to bus stop + 8 min Bus ride to get to Subway Station or just walk there directly for 15 to 18\. From there 15 min subway ride will get you to Bloor St in the North part or 25 min ride to Union Station in south part of the downtown Toronto and all tourist areas (Front Street, Harbor front, Dundas Square, Eaton Center, St.Lawrence Market, Night Clubs, Bars,...).   
  
If you have a car to drive then you are   
\- 5 min away from North York General Hospital.   
\- 5 min away from Bayview Village Mall and YMCA.  
10 min away from Center Point Mall.   
25 min away from downtown Toronto with light traffic (not in rush hours, Don Valley Pkwy closure due to events or unexpected traffic).  
20 min away from Pearson Airport ( 1 hour if you take a bus ).  
  
\- Everything inside the unit is for exclusive use of the guest.   
\- No Parking spot provided to guests and they are not allowed to park cars in our driveway.   
However in our area from Apr 1st to Dec 1st people can park on the street overnight without getting ticket, providing park on the right side of the road and within 30cm of the curve, please take your own risk.
