The staff was welcoming and accommodating, but the room was poor. There was a leak from the ceiling that was dripping onto the toilet making it impossible to use the bathroom without getting wet. This was not noticed until late in the evening of the first nights stay. Additionally, the plug sockets seemed unsafe as they would not retain plugs - they would just fall out. We had planned to stay two nights, but left after one night due to these issues. The manager offered a change to a different room, but it did not meet our needs as a family. I am disappointed in this experience and will for certain not stay at this facility again.

The sheets on the beds were contaminated with hair possibly pubic hair we had to go and ask for clean sheets. The curtain rail in the bathroom was hanging down so the shower curtain remained in the middle. The hall ways smelled dirty not fresh the way they should I was robbed of my money, it was not worth anywhere near the $294.00 that I payed and to add insult to injury I had to pay an extra $200.00 damage deposit. Something should be done about it

Regarding the security deposit, it is a standard policy to take a deposit from all the guests checking in. ROOM OK,THEY NEED TO AIR CLEAN THE ROOM.,DUE TO MUSTY ODOUR THEIR FRIDGE IS LEAKING WITH WATER,HAD TO USE THEIR TOWEL TO CLEAN THE WATER LEAK. JUST REPORT IT WHEN WE CHECKED OUT.TOO TIRED TO REPORT IT AFTER WE ATTEND THE PARTY.

Needs more quality control.
The room was lacking a lot of things. I had to go ask for a coffee pot. Also had to go back to ask for facecloths. There were no facecloths and only one bath towel. Also had to ask for a fresh box of Kleenex. There was only 3 tissues left in box. Was expecting a continental breakfast but there was only coffee. The best part was meeting the nice girl at front desk that was very apologetic each time I was there requesting stuff. She shouldn't have to be fixing all those issues.

I would not recommend staying here. The hotel housekeeping listen in on private conversations and discuss your business with the front desk staff. Absolutely disgusting behavior and will never stay here again. Be aware.

I've used this property over the years but it is showing its age. Room is dark, insufficient plugs for electronic. When there is no plug for the sink that is sign of not being eco-friendly. Access to Queen Street is very difficult. Rooms are clean, free breakfast is ok. Had to move rooms when I arrived as the key didn't work. The staff is friendly and supportive.
