Other things to note ➤ The unit includes one bedroom on the main floor and two additional bedrooms located up a short flight of stairs (approximately 10 steps). ➤ A Ring doorbell camera is installed for check-in and check-out purposes only. It faces away from the home and is not actively monitored. ➤ No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors. A $400 cleaning fee applies if this rule is violated, to maintain a clean and fresh environment for all guests. ➤ Pets are not permitted in this unit. While we love animals, we aim to keep the space allergen-free and comfortable for all guests. A $400 fee will apply if a pet is brought into the home. ➤ The basement unit is separately occupied.
