The staff were amazing. Every single person who I interacted with were friendly, and extremely helpful. I can't overstate how good the staff were.
The room wasn't great. It was fine to stay in for a night but I wouldn't stay here again, and I wouldn't want to stay here for more than 1 night.
I stayed in room 211 of the south tower over the long weekend and the room was just ok, the beds seemed clean and they were comfortable.
The downside: the bathroom fan didn't seem to work, it didn't have a switch and it didn't seem to turn on with the light switch. The bathroom smelled musty and damp. The wallpaper in the bathroom was also dirty, possibly oil marks from hands.
The biggest downside:
The AC/heat system in the bedroom was extremely loud, we travel with earplugs but it still woke us up a few times throughout the night when it would kick on and rattle. The air coming out of it was also smelly. It seemed like it needed to be serviced.
The room was right next to the elevator shafts which added to the noise. And they were running a constantly all night. If you stay here, make sure you're not near the elevators.
