Cons: would like cheaper
Location: near airport, and was able to eat, shop too
overnight between flights...perfect for my need. Clean, comfortable, quiet.

Sleep, get up, shower and then out the door. Not very exciting I'm afraid

Service at the front desk was horrific; extremely poor customer service - gave wrong information and argued with customers. The hotel room was very outdated, worn down carpets, stained walls and ceiling. Definitely not like the pictures shown.

Pros: The staff was the best part about this hotel.
Cons: Hotel cleaning finding dirty ear plugs on the floor prove it wasn't cleaned the best. Fix the hot tub jets seem to be broken as they are not powerful
Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping around hotel.
Found a pair of ear plugs on floor near bed when we got to our room. Not the cleanest or they would have been thrown out before we got in the room. Hotel staff was really friendly. Hot tub jets were not powerful at all.

don't judge a book by its cover. They will be renovating hallways but rooms are big and clean. They have a fridge and microwave and keurig coffee makers. Bed are in great shape and they have both soft and harder pillows for people's preference. Restaurant serves great food.

Overall very nice. Pros: The concierge was very accommodating and polite. I didn't even know about the points system and he was nice enough to let me know that I was already enrolled (worth a few thousand points!). He was thorough and inquired about how I would be travelling back home -- I appreciate his diligence in potentially offering the shuttle. Wish I knew about it earlier before grabbing an Uber! It's a good-to-know for me for next time when I need to make that final connect from the UP Express, to PIA, and then to the hotel. Kudos for the private Keurig machines and Van Houtte concession. Wasn't rushed to leave the room directly @ 11am on the dot when check out time came. Fantastic view (day & night) from where my room and floor were! (hard to see the depth in the photos) Cons: Minor problems with toilet drainage. Thanks to housekeeping that tried to rectify that best they could. Look into that please! Like my showers HOT, and I understand there are city ordinances regarding scalding temps but if I could have it my way -- definitely hotter. In lieu of such, I wish the hot tub was open a little later (maybe 30 minutes to an hour later to be reasonable) because I was looking forward to that after a late night (8am - 11pm). Be sure to clearly mention to folks about the applicable deposit. I apologize about the misunderstanding when I saw the charges, and I appreciate the concise explanation over the phone about the 5 business day policy on deposit returns.

The staff were great but the pool was discustingly dirty, and the hotel definitely needs some tlc. The room was clean, but the hallway on the 5th floor is falling apart.
