It's not worth the pay
We have no choice but stay in a hotel closeby Toronto Airport cause our flight to New York is cancelled due to snow storm signal. So we called and booked thru expedia and they referred this hotel to us. We paid $139 for that night and we're so disappointed. The staff we spoke with in the reception to confirm shuttle schedule is not friendly. We called them 3x and they just keep on saying that shuttle will arrive soon and we need to wait with some other passengers in a waiting area outside and it's so inconvenient for us cause it is snows hard. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist are not accommodating. One guy before us is actually disappointed as well because of the attitude of the two girls in the reception that night March 1, 2016. The building is old, the room is old, the overall ambience is terrible. It's not worth the pay. We actually regret of calling expedia and ask them to find a hotel for us. If only they're gonna put us in that hotel, i'll just do the booking myself. The overall experience was disappointing.
