Ross Lord Park and Hidden Trail Park system — one of North York’s most scenic natural areas, known for its ravine paths, wildlife, cycling trails, and quiet walking routes. With convenient access to transit, shopping, and major city routes, the space is ideal for guests looking for a calm, self-contained home base with excellent urban connection.  
  
Designed exclusively for month-long and longer stays (28+ days), city compliant.  
  
This is a fully independent apartment with its own private entrance, a dedicated kitchen, a separate bedroom, a ground-level walkout door, and no shared indoor spaces. Whether you are in Toronto for work, study, relocation, or while transitioning between homes, this suite offers a simple, clean, and practical environment designed for longer stays.  
  
Inside the Apartment:  
  
The living area includes a comfortable sofa, a 57” Smart TV, and calm lighting that creates a relaxing environment after a long day. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit and supports work, study, video calls, and streaming. A dedicated desk provides a functional workspace for remote workers, professionals, and students.

Access to the backyard entrance is via an outdoor side walkway that runs along the house. This walkway includes a small set of exterior stairs located away from the entrance door. These stairs are part of the side path only and do not affect the ground-level entry into the unit.
