Business trip to Toronto
Very trendy hotel in the entertainment part of Toronto. Absolutely stunning rooftop terrace with restaurant and pool. The food and service in the Japanese restaurants were great, which was not really the case in the Mexican one on the rooftop. The room was nice, unfortunately on a lower lewel with no interesting view and I was missing a desk to do some work. Generally the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Parfait du début à la fin. Les chambres sont magnifiques et le personnel très gentil. Le resto au 44e étage wow! L'emplacement est génial également.

The service was excellent from start to finish. Being able to check in early was excellent as I had travelled overnight. Maria at the front desk was awesome. The staff on the top floor restuarant were excellent. The food was excellent. Overall a great experience - I would definitely return to Bisha Hotel Toronto.

First, the hotel is a great location! Everything is easily a walking distance from the hotel. The staff are wonderful, we were greeted with a glass of champagne upon check in which was a nice surprise (it was our wedding anniversary but they didn’t know that!). The hotel itself feels like a Vegas hotel, very grand aesthetic and the amenities were lovely (I ordered some after because I loved the smell of the cream & hand soap - very high end). We had breakfast at Kost which is their rooftop restaurant. Great food, beautiful restaurant overlooking the city. The lounge on the main floor was a vibe, great music! Some reviews said it was loud but I didn’t hear it in my room on the 6th floor. Overall, would definitely recommend!

The perfect hotel for a downtown Toronto stay. Staff were all exceptional, particularly Doris. KOST on the 44th floor has delicious oysters and pasta. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I will not stay anywhere else the next time I go to Toronto!

We had the most amazing experience at Bisha hotel! We got upgraded and the room was amazing and so clean. The staff were incredibly kind from the moment we got there to when we left, especially Karan and Norbert. Staff were very responsive and helpful.
