Excellent location. Property was well taken care and clean. Property manager was flexible with our arrival and departure time. In the center of downtown attractions. Walking distance to everything. I would suggest to have a cozy blanket on the living room. I didn’t ask for one, my fault for not asking, and probably it would be provided! Anyway, I would recommend the place and would rent again

It was so peaceful that I slept through the night, every night there! I haven’t slept this well in years. I felt safe and secure. The apartment was pretty and very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great stay in Toronto!

My daughter and I stayed here to attend a concert. We were so delighted with the accommodations. Everything was wonderful including the property and the location. Check in and out was easy, communication was great, and the view was unbelievable. Everything we needed was in the immediate area and shopping was an easily accessible by Uber. We would not hesitate to stay here again. 10/10 rating for sure!

Amazing location and very good communication by the hosts. Suite was clean and well equipped. The view from our balcony was south and east so we had lake and CN Tower views which was spectacular on a cold December night. Great value for what you get in a pretty prime Toronto location.

The apartment itself would be nice it the management would maintain it. Unfortunately we had tons of issues. In the first bathroom, the shower is extremely small, no shelf to put toiletries (although there is a bracket in the shower so there was one at one point), vanity is peeling, cocking is peeling off the bottom of the shower. One of the bedrooms is separated by false walls that look like glass but the corner edge was broken. No cold water in the second bathroom sink, and a broken showerhead. When the shower was turned on, the water would shoot directly onto the ceiling and adjacent wall. Minimal cutlery (3 forks so if there is 4 people in your party you have a problem. No box of tissues, dirty/stained towels, loose toilet paper roll holder, almost coming off the wall, burnt light bulb in bathroom (already dark since there are no windows). No dressers , just closest but the main bedroom has no shelving in the closest. We were shown where to park in the underground garage. Shortly after checking in we left for an evening stroll and to pick up a few groceries. We then receive a text stating that we had to come back and move our car , if not it would be towed. We we told they had given us the wrong parking space. . Ratings for the property show 5 stars on Expedia but not on other travel sites. Beware. Maintenance needs to be done, NOT a luxurious apt as advertised. Shower/light bulb and wall were fixed on our 2nd day, but not the rest. Greed over maintenance! Avoid!

Pros- excellent location, clean condo Cons- trying to contact host is difficult We are seniors, condo living is new to us. That being said, we were on the 35 th floor. No fire instructions should there be a fire. No land line for emergencies (not every senior has a cell phone. No complimentary tea or coffee. No welcome note or thank you for renting the condo. That being said I would probably stay in one of the hotels in the area in the future.

The apartment was beautiful. I was upgraded at no charge to what was called “The Presidential suite,” which had amazing views of the city from every room, including of the lake and CN tower. The sunset from the apartment was spectacular. The location could not be better. It’s right across from the Roger’s Center and CN tower and walkable to everything.else. I highly recommend this place.
