At 2:45 I still hadn't received any instruction. I messaged the host at that time and still hadn't received any information by check in time. I reached out to VRBO which immediately helped me and gave me the information that I needed. The outside pictures of the VRBO were nothing like the pictures portrayed. The place was overgrown with weeds and the grass needed cut. There was no hot tub nor a spa tub that was advertised. The hot water in the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. There was no way to regulate it. Shower head very low and I'm only 5'7\. The downstairs bathroom light doesn't turn on. The heat was on when we arrived to the VRBO. It is the middle of July with temperatures in the 80's. How about turning the air on prior to guests arrival. There was a dirty towel hanging in the closet of one of the bedrooms. The tv remotes didn't turn the tv on. When we manually turned the tv on there was no signal. Unable to find any instructions on how to use. There was not a single garbage can in VRBO. It looked like someone had just thrown a party in the VRBO. Random balloon hanging on wall with lots of scotch tape randomly on walls(prior decorations hung). Neighborhood seemed nice.
