It was a good price for the location, however we found a pair of someone else’s used socks in the nightstand which put me off. We told both the night staff and day staff as we checked out and while the night staff seemed surprised the day staff could not have cared less, we did not receive an apology or anything. He simply shrugged it off with an “ok”

Comfortable sleep, but not worth the price
-no light in sauna -no steam in steam room -bathroom was nicely updated but mold in shower -beds were comfortable -remote didn’t work for the tv -towel service for pool located inconveniently at front desk, and found out when we went to the pool instead of being told when we checked in -staff were friendly, but computer system was not working so we had to wait to check out and no receipt to print -parking was nice to access and good availability, but expensive when added to cost of the room - cost of room per night is not worth the price. Room was a decent size, but need updates (ceiling had noticeable leak repair, peeling wallpaper, very old carpeting)

Save your pennies and stay elsewhere.
Checking was ok peple were pleasant enough, parking is ok, but 35 bucks a day is to just have a car parked. The room was disappointing...kinda gross. Mold in the bathroom, broken counter, very dusty, one if the TVs worked but it did not have the same channels which was ok since we could watch the one in the small living area from the bed. Just an overall dingy room. One of the elevators had plywood as walls. The stair well was DISGUSTING and REAKED of cigarette smoke. The pool area was also DISGUSTING. Moldy with no towels. It was quiet enough to sleep well and it got the job done, but i will never stay in a Ramada again. If I owned or managed that place i would be MORTIFIED.

Rooms need updating and cleaners should be more thorough. Found hair in tub and on floor of bathroom when we first walked in. Plus every electrical outlet in the room was worn out. Could not even us one of them because whatever you plug in, it would fall out.

The shower was nice. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I requested a microwave and refrigerator, both were delivered within five minutes upon check-in.

Someone stole my sofa. Thankfully it was recovered
Booked one Queen sized bed for two nights and were upgraded to a suite with two bedrooms and a living room. You would think that was a great thing, alas it was not. The beds were clean and made up beautifully but there was a sofa bed in the living room that was disgusting. It was dirty looking and terribly uncomfortable to sit on. That sofa needs to be taken out and burned. The floor under the carpet was uneven and weird to walk on. I wish I would have got the original room I booked because that nasty sofa ruined the room. Ramada throw out that disgusting piece of furniture.

The front desk person was not very helpful, he was lazy. I asked for a change in rooms since I didn't need 2 queen sized beds and wanted a king sized bed, he didn't even look, he just told me there was none available because it was for a weekend. I was going to cancel my reservation but decided to look on orbitz and found that a king size bedroom was available. I ended up going back downstairs to inquire further and he said that he "manager" may have made changes and there was coincidentally a king sized room available AFTER I search for it. The property needs to be renovated, the king sized room I was given had cracks at the edge of the doors like someone was trying to break into the room or break out of the room. The carpet was dirty, and so was the bottom sheet of the bed. The walls were also very thin, I was roomed next to the housekeeping staff and I heard everything they were doing from setting up to cleaning up. It wasn't a very pleasant rest.

It was old and tired looking. No mini fridge to cool our water or wine. Ice machine in basement, not convenient. No USB port to power cell phone. TV was old and didn't have full screen capabilities. The elevator was tiny and claustrophobic. Staff was friendly. Pricing for one egg breakfast was obscene

Thank you for your post. The hotel industry has moved away from bathtubs and you'll find that most hotels no longer feature bathtubs. Our hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast and is noted in all websites. Parking is down the ramp from our courtyard and is easily accessible as there is only entrance and exit. Our apologies, the Wyndham systems were down this weekend for several hours, something that was beyond out control.

Room was very spacious and the staff was pleasant. Some wear is noticeable in things like the furniture, but that was not hugely concerning to us.

Our room was great, we had 2 bedrooms and a sitting room, which was more than we expected. The room was clean but the sofa wasn't exactly the most comfortable. My daughter used the pool which was fine, however it was slightly chilly. The water and room wasn't near warm enough. We were only there one night but overall our stay was quite pleasant. We would stay again.

Read reviews about this property in advance. Wasn’t surprised about much. Elevators are small, rooms are slightly dated but they have attempted to do some upgrades. I’d call it more of a work in progress. Both the lady at night and the manager checking me out were wonderful and polite. Guy I spoke to on the phone however was very short, they don’t match pricing online which is confusing because most other chains do (rather honour the price then lose the commissions to booking sites) suggested I just book online if I wanted that rate which was $8 difference. Biggest disappointment was that the room was booked for 3 guests and there were only 2 towels... luckily housekeeping was on our floor when we needed them.

This property is conveniently located. We were able to walk most everywhere. If I had to complain it would be that the restaurant was only open for breakfast and there is no bar here. Not to fear we ate and drank at a few really cool places near this hotel.

It is a nice hotel, very clean, the room is huge, they offer great service and the front desk is very nice however you can hear all the noise from the hallways and rooms above you which is not like other hotels I’ve stayed at in Toronto (like fairmont, holiday inn, etc.)
