Windows looked out to Massey Hall and location had access to shopping. Several excellent restaurants in walking distance. Accommodating staff, whether requesting ice for the room of calling a taxi…but on a special note I require a stool for the shower. I think they actually sent someone to the drug store and bought one. Not many places are that accommodating.

Staff were very professional and informative. The room was on the 16th floor so it was very quiet. We were staying there because we came to Toronto to see Sting at Massey Hall, you couldn't get any closer. Reasonably priced for Toronto. No on-site parking but you can park reasonably across the street. The only concern I had was bed was a bit hard and the AC didn't stop blowing all night whether I moved thermostat up or down.

We stayed in a suite on the 13th floor that was huge. It had all the conveniences including a washer and dryer. The corner location with 6 ft high windows afforded excellent views and provided lots of natural light. We were just across from the Eaton Centre and near to subway stations. Highly recommended.
