(Please note the swinging bed is. only for 'the look' and is stationary for everyone's safety). Fourth bedroom has a pillow top king mattress as well. The home has 2 bathrooms. One is a tub/shower combo. and the other bathroom features a large walk-in shower. Living room has a smart tv to watch tv and features a marble fireplace. Kitchen is completely remodeled with brand new, high end appliances. There is a lovely dining area for sitting down meals as well as a charcoal grill in the private backyard. Chela and Claudia do a wonderful job as experienced experts in preparing the home for your stay. To insure our guests safety, we have increased the frequency of cleaning door handles, outlets, walls and have continued the use of high grade disinfectant. All linens, bedding, mats are laundered between guests. As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and team members remains our highest priority. Chela and Claudia take pride in their work! They receive extra incentives to do their best preparing the home for you; a bonus is provided to Chela and Claudia for any notes or reviews from our guests that highlight the cleanliness and care provided for your stay. In addition to cleaning and preparation for your stay, my guest homes also have a full-time maintenance assistant at your service. Also, myself and my husband Larry, are always available to you for anything you may need assistance with during your stay. Chela, Claudia, Maintenance, my husband Larry and myself all comprise a service team of five people to oversee the care and condition of 9 houses. We are scaled to the right size to allow for the time to give plenty of attention to the care of each and every guest home. Interaction with guests I’ve designed this space to be accessed at any time (late check ins are just fine). My day job does keep me busy so most likely I will not be there to greet you at the door, but I have a servants heart and I am easily reached. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! That house is just lovely. So much space! The house was super clean. The kitchen was great, we cooked all our meals there. No need to go out when it was so cold. We were able to explore Kansas from this location. Very central to several sites and we saw them all!!! DDE Museum, Truman Museum, OZ Museum (don't miss the OZ Winery), WWI Museum, SeaLife. All within an hour + from this amazing property. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Thank You for the washer & dryer!!! Do not miss Paisano's Restaurant...GREAT ambience, food and customer service!!! We will stay here again if we travel to this area!!!! ##### Christina H. There were two elderly people staying w my son and I. It was nice having the two bedrooms on the main floor and two upstairs. One bedroom got pretty warm at night (summer stay). Having two bathrooms was so nice. The house has been updated. The kitchen table was nice for evening meals and plenty of seating to relax and watch tv. On the downside my car got broken into while parked in the driveway overnight. The homeowner was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. ##### Kara W.
