"Property and staff were great. Very convenient to all sights. Free water is nice. However, be aware that parking is $50 per day and there is also a daily $45 resort fee! Not sure if this the case everywhere. Still, great place to stay in Newport. "

"Absolutely loved our stay at Gilded. There are 17 rooms so larger than a normal B&B but not a full scale hotel. It's in a great location and walkable to the wharf and many restaurants/shopping. The decor is gorgeous and our room was large and well appointed with all the toiletries (that smell amazing). The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast spread was such a lovely surprise and the perfect way to start the day in Newport. Would love to return to this hotel and highly recommend it to other travelers."
