Whilst they were not the cleanest, the water pressure was good and the hot water was hot. Staff waited, after hotel closed, for me to arrive. I was only guest that night, therefore had amenities all to myself. I was provided comfortable queen bed with crisp white sheets, towel and complimentary toiletries. The place was quiet and no street noise. As a single female, I felt safe at all times. It was ½ the price of motel and included a great continental breakfast. For anyone on a budget, you can't beat here, especially with breakfast included. For those who stop and expect five star service and accommodation on budget price are being unrealistic. It is also a budget accommodation. There was a continental breakfast included in the price of the room. Whilst you don’t expect the Ritz you should be able to expect clean. The Hotel is cluttered and dirty. The rooms are old and dirty, the shared bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. Old should not equal dirt and neglect. The room curtains smell of cigarette smoke and the ‘lovely’ old veranda is simply cluttered, dirty and full of smokers which means your room smells of cigarette smoke. The walls are thin and you can clearly hear the conversations being had.
