It is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Roosevelt Lake, one of Arizona's premier recreational areas. This two bedrooms one bathroom retreat has plenty of room for a family, or a great getaway for a couple. It has a spacious patio with cover and grill for cooking up a nice meal. The kitchen includes a microwave, stove, and refrigerator. There is a washer/dryer located in an enclosed area just outside. We go fishing pretty regularly at Roosevelt Lake. I’ve rented several houses in the Tonto Basin/Roosevelt Lake are and this house is by far, the best one I’ve found! I’d recommend this house to anyone that wants to visit Tonto Basin and Roosevelt Lake. The location is perfect. We were 3 miles from restaurants/bars, 3 miles from a boat ramp to the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed for many enjoyable meals. We had several nights of good fires in the firepit. We’ll definitely be going back, hopefully sooner than later. Overall, the trip was fantastic and the house was very nice, well appointed, great amenities, clean, AND great communication with the owner. ##### DAVE A. Everything in the home was comfortable to include it being pet friendly. Location was great, close to the lake where I took my kayak and/or just sat on the beach and enjoyed the mountainous views. People I met were super friendly. There were a couple of issues that surfaced at the house and the response by the host was super fast.
