We use feedback such as yours to better our guest experience. We appreciate your flexibility while our agent tried to find the best room possible to accommodate your needs. I apologize that the tone seemed accusatory when the day shift agent called about the luggage rack. I was able to brew coffee from the machine in your room but the steps can be a little tricky. Again, we are grateful for your feedback and will utilize it to provide a better guest experience.
