« Everything you need for a spacious summer getaway. Our family of 6 had a comfortable and relaxing stay. We all had plenty of space and privacy. We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed chefs kitchen. The yard was large and the best part of our stay. When we were not out taking in the local landmarks we were relaxed in the pool with plenty of sun or shade which ever you choose. We will most definitely be back to this Toluca lake beauty. »

« This conveniently located house has been nicely renovated. It is close to Burbank, North Hollywood and Toluca Lake, the neighborhood is pleasant for walking and it is near several freeways. It has three nice sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full complement of appliances including a washer and dryer. It has a pleasant patio with a good gas barbecue as well.
