Great location and service, terrible food
Fiesta Inn has a great location, it is clean, well litted, very friendly staff. The dark side is the food, terrible beverages, they should have great coffee, tea and bread. The dishes are ok, good or very bad, somebody has to pay attention to this! we had to go out for meals after the bad experiences.

The staff were super accommodating and let my parents check in early. The elevator didn't work but made an effort to accommodate my mom with mobility issues. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Comfy stay
The hotel is pretty central, it’s easy to walk anywhere. The reception staff is super helpful, especially Alberto, who helped us get reliable transportation and gave us tips for touring the city.

When you stay for several days you would expect a daily complementary cup of coffee in your room. Unfortunately only (1) cup is given no matter the number of days. I was told the hotel's policy after asking for a "missing" coffee maker package on my second day. I found nearby places where to eat breakfast rather than in the lobby of the hotel for the remaining of my stay.

The room stinks, in the room is a coffee maker, but no supply coffee, they left a little bottle of water for two(12 oz.) when you ask for something that is normal at others hotels, they answer I will charge you.

Fiesta Inn Centro is a clean, updated rooms, with a friendly staff. It is located close to the zocolo and centro attractions. It is a modest facility with limited amenities. Good value for low key travel.

Clean and affordable place to book
Clean hotel in a nice location, couple blocks away from some historical places in downtown Toluca. Decent places to eat but nothing too extraordinary. Room came with a free beverage from the bar for each guest staying. They had giant bottles of shampoo and body wash that they refill so that’s a plus in my books.

Check in was super fast and easy. Cleanliness and sanitation were thorough. I wish they had a little snack shop. The OXXO down the street was closed (I arrived late), and I didn't feel like a restaurant meal.
