This hotel is at a perfect location for visitors: almost everything is within walking distance. The hotel facility is of top quality, and staff memare very friendly and helpful!

The perfect location to stay if you’re looking to see the New Bridge and eat tapas until you are almost to burst. Staff was helpful. Rooms were fantastic. They offer valet parking, which is worth a lot in the tourist-heavy Ronda.

The facility appears nice but the comfort is less than decent. The mattresses are covered with an old vinyl cover, that makes noice when you move around, is like sleeping on sand paper. The bathrooms shower does not work or hard to maneuver. I found prior guest hairs in bathroom. Horrible experience.

Great location, hotel staff are friendly and facility is clean. We needed parking so on site underground parking was appreciated. Mattresses are very hard and room temperature was difficult to control (we had two rooms-one was too hot the other too cold).

Great hotel!
Hotel was outstanding! Great location! Staff was wonderful! I injured my foot before we arrived and the gentleman that was working the evening we arrived supplied me with ice to put on it! So nice! Great place to stay!

Nice stay at this hotel in Ronda. Its very well located. Its clean and has very nice room, we felt immediately comfortable. The AC was working well. Very happy with our stay.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Ronda
Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Ronda. The only thing we could fault would be the rather basic breakfast with, possibly the worst coffee I have ever had.

This hotel is great! Close to everything - the bridges, bull ring, train station. Staff were very helpful and the hotel is immaculate. My only complaint was the Wi-Fi - a little spotty. But I would definitely stay there again.

In the hotel everything feels light and fresh. It just feels good in the rooms in the restaurant and the patio. It made me and my wife feel good. Also, the stuff is very nice and friendly.

Parking at the hotel was a plus and location was great. However, rooms were clean and it was very noise at night making it impossible to sleep. Air conditioning won’t cooled and even though I know sometimes it is turning during this time of the year it was pretty hot inside the room. Breakfast was ok. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Great hotel right in the middle of tourist activities. On site parking is tight. Let the hotel staff park your car in undergroud garage.

Very conveniently located for all significant Ronda sights. Had been upgraded since previous visit there. Convenient on-site parking (at extra cost). Friendly and helpful staff.

We had rented 2 rooms. Both had very hard mattresses. Room 116 had some issues with an odor & mold growing in bath/shower.

Hotel was ok, not the service a 4 star property should have. Breakfast was also ok but again, not a 4 star hotel breakfast. The best thing about this hotel is the location, walking distance from all main attractions and restaurants. Unfortunately parking was full when we checked in, we did not use the free parking.

Hotel is well located, steps away from Plaza de Toros, Puente Nuevo is about 4 blocks away. Parking can be a challenge if car is mid or full size. Staff is great!

This hotel looks like it was recently renovated and was very clean. Staff very helpful. I drove to this hotel and it was nice that there was a person waiting to park the car and remove my luggage. In addition upon departure the car way brought from the garage to the entrance whereupon the car was reloaded with the luggage. As for breakfast, it was so, so. Overall a pleasant experience in Ronda.

Stayed there before. Usually very satisfied. Great service and friendly staff. Comfortable. This time though a bit more attention to cleaning would have made it perfect. Floor had some sticky patches and there were a few hairs about. Hopefully my next visit will see an improvement

suitable for limited budget
Good thing is they got a car park (eur15 per night) right at the hotel basement. very center location. acceptable cost. Not so good thing is, the room is not so nice, small bed and i got woke up at night because of the noise from the water pipes and from people at the corridors. Apparently the wall is thin and the noise elimination facility is bad.

Parking was implied as included, but you have to pay separately. Not that it was unreasonable, the property should have made it clear it was going to be 15 Euros. Otherwise, very happy with the hotel.
