Bring the whole family to this cozy home with lots of room for everyone! Situated 1 block from BGSU, a 5 min walk to the Stroh center and 1 mile from downtown. You’ll enjoy 2 separate living spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stocked coffee bar. Enjoy a nice dinner around a big dining table and large kitchen island. Retro video games and board games are available for fun family game nights. Hang out in the sun room or around a camp fire on the back patio. You’ll feel right at home.

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location

We were in town for the BG Hall of Fame weekend and had the best time at this house. The 4 bedrooms are perfect for a family weekend or for a weekend with friends. The back sun room is a great addition to the house and was a great transition in to the back yard. Seating and a fire pit in the back yard were also fantastic. The hosts thought of everything - coffee, shampoo/conditioner, outdoor lighting. We could not have been happier with our experience. Within walking distance to campus. We walked to the football game and back on Saturday. Would recommend 10/10 times.

Perfect for visit to BGSU

Two families were in town for a soccer tournament at BGSU and this was the perfect location. Andrea is an awesome host - great communication and understanding. House was super clean and had everything we could possibly need. Comfy, firm beds. Great amenities. Thank you!

Spacious and clean

Loved this house! Very open and clean….lots of room to relax. Definitely big enough for a large family or several couples. The extra touches made it perfect….snacks, coffee, some toiletries and lots clean white towels. Each bedroom was big and had its own set of towels in addition to what was in the bathrooms. Would stay here again!! Already recommended the property to someone while we were there!
