The reason for the three star ratings are 2. First the address provided was not accurate. It took us 100 yards/meters from the property where the taxi left us with all our luggage and under the rain. It was only thanks to the help of kind passerby who got on the phone with the host that we found the place. When we arrived the house was freezing cold, and there were no instructions in English for anything. Not what you want after a 13 hour flight. In comparison, the Kyoto apartment had spot on check in instructions and everything labeled and explained in English. So it is not too much to ask! ##### Josephine W. We spent a lot of money to buy ingredients to make food in the house when we got there but we couldn’t make the stove to work. We asked the host to send us the instructions but still wasn’t working. We had to through away all the ingredients we purchased and we lost all the money we spent for them. The host should know about this and fixed it before we got there or notified us so we didn’t spend hundred of dollars to purchase the material.
