It was a great hotel experience! Very clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and their english was great. One thing that I was not expecting is that you may need a reservation for the breakfast if it is busy.

The location of the hotel is extremely inconvenient if you plan on getting anywhere using trains or taxi, limited dining options, while geographically close to the airport it takes an hour and many station changes. The rail line leading to the hotel is not part of the Tokyo metro line so if you have a pass it won’t work on the line so you will need to have cash or a pasmo card
