The staff are polite, the bathrooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. However, I found a cockroach in the locker they gave me on the first night. I told the front desk but they didn’t offer any kind of solution, I don’t think it’s okay to let people sleep in a place that is so unhygienic that the cockroaches crawl on people’s suitcases, clothes and maybe even on the beds.
