Rooms are spacious for Tokyo. Quite clean and nicely laid out - have laundry for longer trips and a mini kitchenette, including a microwave. Breakfast is frozen food from the lobby that you reheat in your room. About a 15-20 minute walk from Shibuya Station. About 10-15 minutes from some nearby local bars and restaurants. Slightly off a main road, so a little bit quieter. Overall, great place to stay in Tokyo.

The property was kept very clean and the staff were very friendly. Room amenities were great. First time I've seen a unit with a washer and dryer that I used and had no trouble with. It was nice to be able to wash my clothes during my stay.

Clean and efficiently spaced room. Havimg laundry in suite was a nice bonus. Also was nice to have an induction cooktop, plates and cutlery for dining in.

Surprised how quiet it was.. washer/dryer in the room a plus because it snowed while we were there..looks to have been built or renovated recently because everything looked brand new The only thing I didn’t like though was the automatic hall light which switched on EVERYTIME the person in the bed nearest to it moved.. solved by leaving the toilet door open so the sensor doesn’t pick up movement!

This hotel lives up to the standard of a three-star hotel. The facility is clean and it has everything it is supposed to have. It feels like any other average business hotel like a Marriot Courtyard in the United States. Normally I would rate it higher, if it is not for one of the reception staffs who has treated me kind of rude when I arrived.

There were two elevators, so when one was detained there was still a free one. The washer/dryer could dry your clothes. Slowly, but most equipment at rentals in Japan does not have that option. The staff was very helpful when I needed to make an international collect call.

Incredible experience all around. About the only thing I can suggest as a foreigner would be to have some sort of guide for how to AC/Heat system works, but just the fact alone that they are able to make an English only speaking foreigner like me so comfortable in another country is HUGE. This place rules and the location rules, as well. Its quite but is surrounded by delicious food and awesome hole in the wall bars and then a 10 minute walk away from Shibuya Scramble. Insane. Thank you for our awesome stay!

The room and lobby were clean and modern. The staff was friendly and could speak English, which made checking in and out smooth and easy. We also enjoyed all of the amenities. The deluxe twin room had an in-room washer, dryer, and kitchenette, and the lobby had a display with combs, razors, body sponges, shower caps, cotton swabs, assorted tea bags, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. One thing to note is that if you stay for over a week, housekeeping will schedule a deep cleaning of your room once a week. The location was quiet but still within walking distance of train stations, restaurants, and shops. Just be aware that there are hills and some sections where there is no sidewalk, so be prepared for a workout if you're traveling with a lot of luggage.

Good location and spacious rooms
The location is on a quiet side street, about 10 minutes walk from Shibuya station. The street is full of restaurants and bars, and the hotel is opposite a 24 hour supermarket which is very convenient. The rooms are equipped with a small kitcheenette (kettle, microwave, induction) and a washer dryer. Suitable for long stays and the size of the room is much larger than the usual Tokyo hotels. They don’t do cleaning for shorter stays, and the cleanliness of the room was not as top notch as the usual Japanese standard but the amenities are much newer.

Walking distance to Shibuya Station and the many shops and restaurants in the Shibuya area. The hotel is very clean, and the washing machine very handy. The breakfast basket was a bit disappointing, but the free coffee in the foyer was really appreciated.

So nice and close to Shibuya! Only a 10-15 minute walk. The shinsen station doesnt always have trains that go to parts of tokyo so you will end up always walking to shibuya station. The room was a great size and the washing machine dryer was such a nice feature to have in summer!

The staff here were friendly and very helpful. The location is great and convenient to shopping, dining, and even churches. (Baptist and Catholic) The food in the area is world class and even an owl cafe just around the corner. The rooms were clean and best of all there was a washer/dryer combo in the rooms. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Shibuya area in Tokyo. The only downside was no parking area and they need a better breakfast option.
