If you leave them in the room without permission, we will charge an additional 10,000 yen. Important Notes ・The room is one unit in an apartment building. There are other residents in the same building, so please be mindful of noise levels and the use of common areas during nighttime hours. ・If noise complaints are received from neighbors, a penalty fee may be charged. ・Smoking is strictly prohibited in the balcony and common areas. ・If smoking is discovered, a fee of 12,000 yen will be charged for emergency deodorization and cleaning on the same day. ・Shoes are not permitted inside the room.
