Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

#### Disappointed 

There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems.
