I had the privilege to stay in the Garden Suite, with access to the Club Lounge. The check-in was SWIFT. A manager came, handled my little luggage and a bell-boy took over and walked me to the Club Lounge. Hot & cold drinks & tea-time snacks were served. I spent an hour before going to the Suite. The suite is IMPECCABLE, from the furnishing to the amenities (Imabari towels) & toiletries (Bamford). It has a large balcony. Though it was rather windy, I kept one of the large panels open. The VIEWS are spectacular! It is a combination of a metropolitan and traditional Tokyo, as one can see the Imperial Palace surrounded by an oasis of green. As the restaurants closed early, an in-room dinner was arranged. I had the beef burger, the Chantilly dessert & a huge portion of the caesar salad. A complimentary Laurent Perrier white sparkling champagne was served with the scrumptious dinner. The bath is OUTSTANDING, as it comes with a "massage jet" mode. I had a luxurious bath while sipping the champagne & enjoying the night scenery. The Tokyo night skyline is GLORIOUS! The breakfast was served in the room. I had a Japanese-themed meal, complete with hot tea and coffee. The package came with pressing service. I had three suit pants freshly ironed. The attention to details by all the staff members is absolutely amazing. The quality of products used is superb. The art pieces in the Suite are a feast to the eyes. Heartfelt gratitude to everyone for making this stay exceptional and memorable!
