The only issue that I encountered was poor communication from the host, who said that they would be sending codes via email to access the property 2-3 days before our overnight stay. I had booked the property several months before our arrival, but by the evening before the check-in date I had not received any further emails despite sending messages to the host on the vrbo app and was concerned that I would not be able to gain access. I eventually called vrbo directly asking for their help and they contacted the host who responded swiftly with the check-in information. I am happy to accept that this may just have been an unfortunate error on the host's part, but it was a stressful experience for a while and I had begun to look for alternative accommodation in case the host didn't respond to vrbo either. Apart from this one issue I was happy with the quality of the property.Vrbo were extremely responsive and helpful when it came to resolving the problem. ##### Ben M.
