Staff are great on desk and around the Hotel. Friendly, good level of English and other languages to help with translations etc. Always willing to help despite occasional language barrier. Hotel was quiet and clean. They cleaned up rooms whenever you requested or every third day otherwise. Location is great, especially if English speaker as you will find a lot of English speaking British or Americans located around this location in the evening - but that's not all, plenty of other options on top, vibrant, enjoyable and safe. You have multiple metro stops nearby that get you anywhere in no time. Absolute bargain at the price we paid. Thanks you all.

Good for working anywhere. The facilities are excellent, great wifi, working area, meeting room, charging station, the room is big, lots of good restaurants around, easy to access many metro lines.

You cannot fault this hotel with a hot bath the attention to detail is spot I must have stayed in over 500 hotels plus this is one of the best I’m back as soon as I can.

Brand new hotel with lots of amenities like laundry, inhouse 7-11 convenicene shop and convenient late checkout options with friendly staff. But the spa / onsen is very simple and long waits for elevators.

Breakfast is not very good for westerners. Few choices and staple options, like hashbrown, fried eggs etc are missing. Staff is not friendly in the dining area. Most of the warm food options are cold. Even coffee is cold. Simple request as a fried egg is denied. Hope management takes heed.

New and clean, the bath on 3/F was amazing. Check in and check out were simple and efficient. Lots of restaurant in the area and easy access to subway stations.
