The apartment was a good size and it was very helpful to have a kitchenette and laundry since we were there for a whole week. There are enough food options in the area and it was easy to walk to the subway stations. It's also very close to the Tokyo City Air Terminal, which is great because you can get straight to and from Narita or Haneda via the limo buses.

While it's a very nice and modern, the room we got had some serious hygiene issues. First we found dust everywhere... And then there are jelly beans right below the bunk bed. Their cleaner is part time so there is no help. We spent 2 hrs trying to clean the place (2am) so we can sleep and we couldn't because the whole place made us itchy for the entire night. Ended up asked for the hotel to issue a full refund but it was a stressful night as we scrambled to find alternatives for the rest of the trip.

Great space for the 4 of us.The unit was clean and new. Although they spoke very limited English the staff was friendly and hospitable. Close to 2 main train stations, and a beautiful walk along the River. Lots of food options and the bus limousine from the airports stopped 1 block away. Quit neighborhood even though the freeway was really close. Highly recommend

The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable and safe. Although the room was clean and serviceable, on two occasions, I did find some live small roaches in the bathroom. Other than that, there were no issues.
