Their services, amenities, room and location was great ! We enjoyed Japanese style bathroom and toilet inside room so much ! Also it is close to Sensoji area, we enjoyed sightseeing and restaurant as well.

A bit spacier than I expected...I feel like the last single business hotel single room I stayed felt more cramped than this. Front desk staff was a bit grumpy, unfortunately.

Great hotel in one of the calmest parts of Tokyo.
Stayed two times Hokke Club Asakusa in our two week trip. It has an excellent location, the staff was friendly all times and very welcoming. We never lacked any ammenities in our stays - In resume, the hotel really excedeed our expections and had all we needed for our stay. Other awesome thing was the location - Asakusa was a rest from the the more busiest, flashiests and chaotic parts of Tokyo. It was really calming to walk around the ward, there's also some good restaurants, COMBINI stores and Sensoji was just 8 to 10 minutes from the hotel. Overall, it was an excellent choice for our Tokyo visit and we wound't doubt two times to stay here next time we come to the country.

The staff are very polite and helpful. The whole building is very clean. The room and connecting are quiet allowing to you to sleep well. The amenities and location are great. Strongly recommend this. Will be looking to use this hotel for my next trip to Tokyo.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy, facilities were great. Very quiet in the evening. Its easily walkable distance to both major subway lines, tons of restaurants and the major attractions of Asukasa. An excellent place to stay in Tokyo.

Wonderful Stay
Arriving at Haneda Airport, visited tourist information, and purchased a pasmo card (cost 500 yen which is re-imbursed when returned). You then load like an oyster card. The hotel is situated at station A18, which is directly accessible on the underground from the Airport. Cost 516 yen with above card. When exiting Asakusa station, head for exit A2, since this has an elevator to street level. It saves you carrying your luggage up several flights of stairs. Head across the road at the crossing, turn left and the hotel is approximately 400m away. Easy way to find the hotel is to look for the Indian takeaway sign outside the restaurant next door. Arriving in reception, there were 3 employees on duty (which I found was the norm), and so check-in was quick. As stated in other reviews, the rooms are small compared to Western hotels. The TV had 11 channels with the only English speaking one being CNN news. The highlight of the hotel was the breakfast, which starts at 6.30, and this was also the time it was at it's busiest. There was a great variety of choice including soups, salad, fruit, cereal, tempura, and approximately 10 other hot food choices available including a couple of Western themed dishes. There was also a great selection of cold juices, tea and coffee. The shower always had instant hot water, and there were plentiful bathroom accessories. You can access most of central Tokyo within 30 minutes, remembering it is one big city. A truly wonderful stay!

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the amenities were great. Even when we didn't have the room cleaned the staff left fresh towels and toilettes in front of our door. Everything here is Betty good except the room is very small but I notice that size is very typical in Japan too. I could see a single business person being part with the size. We are two poodle staying and it's kinda tight but not impossible.

Hotel is newly furnished, located conveniently, just a 3-5 minutes walk from Toei Asakusa Station Exit a1 and a2b. Room is small but still able to fully open up a medium luggage after shifting the coffee table. Cleanliness is a plus point, quipped with comfortable bed and has great atmosphere! Breakfast buffet is nice, has changing menus for some dishes. We stayed 8 nights pleasantly! Housekeeping staffs are polite and reception staffs are able to converse in simple English for Japanese staffs and very well in Mandarin for some of it’s Taiwanese and Chinese staffs. Will be pleased to visit again, thank you for the accommodation!

We stayed at four hotels in Japan and this was the worst one. For a double room, this was pretty small. You cannot even open your suitcase. The room was that small that it wasn't prepared with two sets of amenities when we arrived. The location is pretty good, tho.

Great hotel
This was a great find and was easily accessible from Haneda airport. It was within 10 minute walk of three separate metro stations and walking distance to some of Tokyo's main attractions (asaha beer hall, sky tree, senso ji). The room itself was perfectly fine, there were lots of amenities and was typical of hotels across Japan. The staff were very accommodating and let me leave my luggage there for the day as I had landed at 7am. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again if I came back to Tokyo.

Great place to stay.
We really liked our stay. The room is quite small, but otherwise it was perfect. The breakfast buffet is superb in terms of Japanese food, and has good western choices as well. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and handle English very well. I would choose them again. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the Asakusa station Ginza line. The neighborhood is lively yet also quiet. The part of town near the Sensoji Temple had nice stores and little closet sized noodle shops and. plenty of other eateries.

We were not allowed to BUY a cup of coffee at the restaurant unless we eat there. They were very clear in stating that only TWO water bottles were going to be given as a courtesy the first day and that if we wanted water we had to drink from the bathroom faucet. This is rude. There are other ways to say it. They never changed the bed sheets. We wanted the service desk to call a taxi for us but we had to pay 400 yens for them to do it! We asked for a double room and we got a single instead. Terrible!

Small but clean.
The room was small but this was to be expected for the price and the area. On the plus side it was extremely clean and the bathroom had a small but deep bath. A small negative is that although they provide a kettle, they don’t provide coffee. The hotel has coin laundry service a microwave and ice machine available on the 2nd floor which was extremely useful. The area was good, right by the metro station and a short walk away from the areas main sight, eateries and shops. The main downside to the hotel for me was that they don’t open up the restaurant area after breakfast, we were a group of 3 in two rooms, it would have been great to meet there for a coffee to plan our day or just relax. They have the space it seems a shame not to use it. The breakfast they serve is buffet, it’s all or nothing so you can’t chose to just get some cereal and it’s pretty pricey at over 1600 yen per person.

Worry-free in Asakusa.
An unpretentious establishment at a prime location that delivers excellent service to English-speaking customers at a reasonable price. Restaurant available on the premises, as well as laundry room wth 2 washers abs dryers. Location is very convenient to subway lines and very pleasant and safe at any time of the day. Multiple restaurant choices within two blocks, including American chains such as McDonald's, Burger King and Denny's. The only shortcoming is a tight room size . One has to squeeze against the wall to be able to open the window. But I understand this is not an unusual occurrence in Tokyo hotels. Also there is no closet in the room, only a very short rod where 5 hangers hung.

Convenient hotel for short stay
A lot of new hotels opened nearby that are closer to the subway but I still enjoyed this stay because it was kept up in good condition. The room was large enough to accommodate open luggage for packing and everything was clean. Since the weather in Tokyo can get rather dry, it will be an added bonus if the hotel includes hand and body lotion, chap stick as part of their toiletries for an added personal touch. The front staff was able to answer basic questions regarding access to airport, etc. Check out time was standard early but they allowed you to store your luggage. It will be even better if they make a room by their lobby to allow guests to do last minute packing after they have checked out as well as provide freezer space to store foods guests may need for their take out food. The room fridge wasn't cold enough and the freezer compartment was just a slit.

I like the kindness of every staff .. they are always smilling at always greeting me whenever they see me. The buffet restaurant was really nice with a lot of japanese food that are delicious! I will be back again on this hotel!😉

Beautiful Japanese-style modern bathroom
Would have been nice for their to be some more lounging space in the lobby and a small gym or workout area, otherwise this hotel was fantastic. Loved the modern, Japanese style bathroom and traditional Japanese window coverings. Beware, that Hotels.com advertises a double room for 2 but this has a very small bed not suitable for 2 large North American adults. I had to pay double to upgrade our room to one that could actually sleep 2 adults once we arrived. I contacted Hotels.com by email about this issue over a week ago and have yet to hear from them.

Hotel Hokke Club great value for the YEN!
This was my first visit to Tokyo, and most likely now, won't be my last. The stay at the Hotel Hokke Club was a great experience. Upon my arrival the staff was courteous, polite and friendly. The room itself was tight, but it was clean and well kept. If you are looking for a spacious Ritz Carleton type hotel, this isn't it. But I wasn't there to see the room. There are college dorms in North America that are bigger. The highlight is the bathroom with the heated toilet seat and other interesting functions. They provide slippers and pajamas for their guests (the pajamas were about 3 sizes too small for me as I am over 6'2") as well as a fresh razor each day and other amenities. I chose not to have the breakfast, but I did check it out...it is a solid, hearty selection of food and meal if you choose the breakfast route. Recommendation to buy the breakfast package on Hotels.com as it is cheaper than the 1,500 yen you will pay at the hotel itself. The location of the hotel is next to toy manufacturer BanDai and across from EPOCH. The location is about 600 meters or less to three different Metro lines including Asakusa and Ginza. There are two Starbucks in striking distance as well for that tough to find morning coffee. Senso-ji is only a 10 to 15 minute walk away depending on your gait. Top notch experience. Enjoyed the stay!
