Was fabulous that we could lock our bags up and explore. Pillows could be improved. Enjoyed tbe breakfast in the morning.

It was ok. The robots dont do anything. Its more of a do it yourself type of place. Very small room. Tv is useless could cast anything on it. Bed is super hard they could at least put cheap foam or something on it. Other then that its ok for the price.

The property was near a couple major train stations I used for my stay. the shower is great and the tub could fill up and cover my knees which i am a Big american. The only thing that really annoyed me was they didnt tell me they had my bags in the back because I used a trnsport company and there is a spot to see bags so I thought my bags wwere lost had to go to the company for them to tell me they where given to staff.

Walk up was convenient with subways and combini’s in close proximity. Hotel itself was clean, quiet, safe and had good amenities. Dining area was small so at peak times there was nowhere to sit. Room was clean and quiet but was a bit small and there was only one small pillow.

Lovely property with enough space for a family of three to stay comfortably. Far enough from the main Ginza stretch to be quiet but not too far from Ginza or Tsukiji for it to be a hassle to get to.
